Supplier partnerships
Our supplier partnerships extend to both procurement of materials and sub-contracting specific pieces of work.
Through solutions-based consultation with our suppliers, we source fit-for-purpose raw materials which we then convert as needed.
We then execute on our own or in partnership with industry experts, especially in the shop-fitting and interiors space, pairing the right team with the right project.
Inkulu’ s strict contingency policy ensures that we hold stock of all crucial items needed on your project. This means we’ll be able to continue work even if there’s an interruption in production sources/resources. We’ve also built relationships with a variety of suppliers to ensure business continuity even if something unexpected happens.

Riaan leads our team, taking pride in being hands-on and personally involved in projects.

Riaan has significant experience in the corporate construction space, bringing invaluable expertise to each project.
Starting out in corporate in 1995, he soon discovered a gap for a turnkey construction business that could offer high quality, reliable, efficient and "honest" solutions. He went on to model this "ideal" business, taking a leap of faith in 2000 and founding Inkulu Construction. He has not looked back since.
As the company grew, Riaan realised his responsibility had grown to include not only himself but his employees and their families too. This fuelled him to work even harder, driving Inkulu’s ethos of high quality and service.
Health and safety
Health and safety is a priority on all projects
With a dedicated health and safety officer employed full-time by the business.

​Health and safety forms a critical part of our employee induction process, with in-house training provided. Hazard identification and risk assessment is done at the start of each project to ensure projects can be completed safely and timeously.
